Dawn Otterby

Dawn Otterby is a research associate with the Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center. In 2015, Dawn graduated from Utah State University with B.S. degrees in communications and journalism, agriculture, and economics. Dawn received a master’s degree in resource economics and policy from the University of Maine in May of 2023. As a graduate student, she worked with the policy center on multiple labor force and community development projects for the state of Maine. Dawn is interested in labor economics and the majority of her academic research focuses on minimum wage changes and county labor markets.
