Professor Jonathan Rubin is quoted in an Oct. 24 article in the Bangor Daily News on the issue of producing wood-based fuel. The article discusses the experience of the Old Town mill  and UMaine’s biorefinery research program to produce cellulosic, or wood-based, ethanol and the current market outlook for ethanol.
