Dr. Erhardt has a wide research interest on a range of topics including: knowledge work, creativity, virtual teamwork, workplace dynamics, Strategic HRM and intra- and inter-firm collaboration. His work has been cited over 1800 times and published in journals including Journal of Management, Human Resource Management Review, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Management Learning, Management Communication Quarterly, and Small Group Research. He is also serving on the Editorial Board of Small Group Research. At UMaine, he is the NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative, a Faculty Leadership Fellow, and serves on the University Research Council. Dr. Erhardt also works closely with a number of firms across various industries focusing on Human Resource Management issues, driving creative teamwork and managing workplace dynamics.
