Public Affairs Scholarship Available

Applications for the Margaret Chase Smith Public Affairs Scholarship for 2015-2016 are now being accepted. This scholarship is for independent undergraduate research on a topic of public policy importance.

Eligibility Requirements: student must be a Maine resident, currently enrolled at UMaine for 12 credits or more, be an undergraduate student with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and have completed 40 degree hours prior to the current semester.

The amount of the 2015 – 2016 Margaret Chase Smith Public Affairs Scholarship will be $3,500. The deadline for student applications is Friday, April 17, 2015.
