Distinguished Maine Policy Fellow Thomas Saviello
Senator Thomas B. Saviello is a UMaine graduate, with a master’s degree in Agronomy and a PhD in Forest Resources. Senator Saviello represents Maine Senate District 18, which includes part of Somerset, Kennebec, and Franklin Counties, including the population center of Farmington and his residence in Wilton. He serves on the Environment and Natural Resources Committee.
A day with us at UMaine
Senator Thomas Saviello will be at the University of Maine for a full day of activities on December 4, 2013, including meeting with groups of UMaine faculty and students, tours of UMaine facilities, and making class presentations.

The Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center brings these individuals to campus for a day, to teach an undergraduate class, engage faculty about research and public policy, and meet with UMaine administration and graduate students.
