Jonathan Rubin participated in the Maine Development Foundation’s Policy Leaders Academy – Legislative Breakfast Forum Series 2013, on Tuesday, January 22nd.  This forum, hosted by the  Maine Development Foundation in partnership with the Maine Legislative Council, Maine Community Foundation, Maine Health Access Foundation, and University of Maine System, was the first of four breakfast policy forums held for Legislators in Augusta. Rubin was on a panel with Thomas Welch (Chairman, Maine Public Utilities Commission) and John Fitzpatrick (Senior Director Facility Services, The Jackson Laboratory) discussing, “The Energy Challenge for Maine Businesses – Short and Long Term Strategies.”
