Professor Jonathan Rubin will discuss his work as a Fulbright Scholar at the Clean Energy Research Center at the University of Botswana during 2011-2012. This talk is aimed at those interested in learning about energy challenges facing Southern Africa as well as the cultural aspects of living and working in Botswana.
