Jonathan Rubin moderates, "How to Achieve a Low Carbon Transport System in 2050".  The Transportation Research Board held the 2010 Environment and Energy Research Conference in the Raleigh Convention Center from June 6th through the 9th. 

Dr. Rubin, Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center and Professor of Resource Economics & Policy, School of Economics, was moderator for this session which focused on "How" to achieve the system: what are the transitional barriers to a low carbon transport system and what are the strategies to overcome these barriers.
